That's right it neither steams nor creases and it barely irons.I live in a small apartment and was looking for a space saving item that would fulfill all needs; space saving, steaming, creasing and ironing.The steamer sprays water all over your clothing and the creasing device doesn't keep enough tension to crease a neat line.I tried using it with the recommended fabric brush which only collected water and did nothing to improve results.
